A mother of four and grandmother of two, Christina brings over twenty years of experience with children from infancy through elementary and holds a CDA (Child Development Associate) certification. Drawn to early childhood education by her love of children, she is compassionate and eager to help every student learn through positive, fun experiences — and she treasures watching their faces light up with each new accomplishment.

Zaira Estrada, an El Paso native raised largely in Ciudad Juárez, studied education at the UACJ and brings over twenty years of experience working with children ages two to eight, including years as an English teacher in private schools in Juárez, where she has fostered language development and confidence through engaging, supportive environments. A mother of three who guides children with patience, dedication, and love, she spends her free time with family, traveling, visiting Disney as a devoted Mickey Mouse fan, exercising, and enjoying the company of dogs

Pat Rayner
With fifteen years as an early childhood development educator across many roles and age groups, Patricia cherishes helping and encouraging each child along their learning journey — believing in every child's abilities and offering engaging opportunities through art, playtime, and reading. She loves watching each child tell their own story and let their imagination run wild, and over the years she has seen many grow into bright, creative, and caring individuals.

Amanda has worked with preschoolers, middle and high schoolers, and children with reading learning disabilities and special needs since 2018, and she holds a degree in English secondary education with a history minor from Towson University. Originally from Baltimore, she moved to El Paso in spring 2025, and outside the classroom she enjoys spending time with her husband and cats, reading, and crafting

Blanca Estrada
Blanca holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in early childhood teaching from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez, the Universidad Normal Superior Porfirio Parra, and the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, and previously taught preschool and elementary in Juárez, where she loves preparing colorful materials and weaving in reading, poetry, art, and music to spark children's imaginations. Born in El Paso and raised in Juárez as one of eight siblings, she lives with her husband and two daughters, enjoys crafting with them, and is grateful to be part of the Bloom family.

Naysla Barrientos
Naysla holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the UACJ in Ciudad Juárez and, after eleven years as a purchasing manager, has spent the past eight years teaching in the El Paso region, inspired by her own experience as a mother. Born in Ciudad Juárez and an El Paso resident since 2011, she has been happily married for 34 years and is a mother of two who loves family time, tennis, swimming, and arts and crafts — and she's delighted to be part of Bloom.

Patsy, the lead teacher in the Infant Room, brings twelve years of experience with infants and three more in the Early Toddler Room, and her priority is for every child to learn and develop in a safe, caring environment. Happily married with one son and three grandchildren who are her pride and joy, she is a warm and devoted educator who loves making a positive difference in children's lives.

Yesenia Cardoza
Yesenia Cardoza, one of the Pre-K teachers, brings over ten years of childcare experience — as a lead teacher, curriculum coordinator, behavioral technician in an applied-behavior autism clinic, and home aide for children with disabilities — along with a 2025 degree as an Occupational Therapist Assistant and coursework in child development and special education. A recent transplant from St. Louis and a mother of three, including identical twin daughters, she is delighted to support your child's developmental milestones and learning here at Bloom.

Laura Aquirre
Laura holds a bachelor's degree in education from the UACH (Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua) and taught grade school in Chihuahua City and Juárez before migrating with her family to El Paso in 2001, where her passion for children's development brought her to Bloom in 2015. Born and raised in Chihuahua City, she grew up playing basketball and competing in track and field events like javelin and shot put, and she's proud to be part of this community, surrounded by people who truly care about their work.

Sandra was born in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, and brings 21 years of experience working with children, along with her love for the moments when they sing and show they've recognized the lessons she's taught them. A mother of three, she is happy to be part of Bloom and to share her knowledge with the children.
